Is a quote on this site a binding price?

No. Any pricing you see on the site or receive through a quote request form is an estimate, not a final contract. We provide a written price after we review your project. A binding agreement is created only when you and McWilliams Painting sign a written work agreement or you accept our written quote in writing.

Estimates are based on the information you give us and what we see during a walk-through. If the scope of work changes, or if conditions we could not see up front come to light, the price may change. We will talk with you before any change and get your approval.

Warranty terms for painting and coatings are described on our Warranty page and in your written agreement.

How do payment and warranty work?

Payment terms are set out in your written work agreement. Our warranties, a 7 year peel and chip warranty on paint, a lifetime warranty on interior epoxy floors, and a 5 year warranty on exterior epoxy with a maintenance plan, are governed by the terms stated in that agreement and on our Warranty page. Warranty coverage depends on normal use and proper maintenance.

Our practice of not collecting final payment until you are satisfied is described in your written agreement. Details, including any deposit or milestone terms, are set there.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description: McWilliams Painting Plus LLC may send text messages to customers who opt in, including appointment reminders, estimate and project updates, billing and payment reminders, responses to your inquiries, and, if you opted in separately, promotional offers.

Opt out: You can cancel at any time. Just text “STOP” to (352) 820-4334. After you send “STOP,” we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us.

Rejoin: If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, or text “START” to (352) 820-4334, and we will start sending you text messages again.

Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” to (352) 820-4334 for more assistance, or contact us directly at (352) 626-8007 or weston@mcwilliamspainting.com.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and conditions.

Data rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and project. You may receive up to 20 messages per month.

Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to opt in to text messages from McWilliams Painting Plus LLC.

Who owns the content on this site?
