Why is it so hard to judge a painter?

Words are easy. Anyone can say they do quality work. The trouble is you can’t feel a finish from a sales pitch, and the sloppy stuff usually shows up after the check clears.

Folks tell us the same story: they got charged for two coats but only got one, the cut lines by the ceiling were wavy, and there was paint on the floor, the counters and the furniture. By then it’s too late to un-see it.

That’s why we put our work out in the open. Look at the corners, the trim, and the way a floor coating meets the wall. If the finish here looks like what you want in your home, that’s a good sign we’re a fit.

Cabinet refinishing

What does refinished cabinet work look like?

Refinishing means we bring your existing cabinets back to a fresh, smooth finish instead of tearing them out, for a fraction of the cost of new cabinets. In these photos, dated or worn doors become a clean, even coat with no brush streaks and no drips in the corners.

We take the doors off, label them, degrease and sand every surface, then spray for a factory-smooth look. Look at the sheen: when it’s even across every door, that’s the tell of good spray work and full prep. The small touches matter too, like crisp edges where the door meets the frame and hardware put back straight.

Floor coatings

How do the epoxy and polyaspartic floors turn out?

A coated floor should look poured, not painted, with a clean line where it meets the wall and no bubbles or roller marks. These are garage and interior floors finished in epoxy and in polyaspartic.

Polyaspartic cures fast and stands up to the hot Florida sun and heavy use, so it’s a strong pick for garages. Epoxy gives a rich, glass-smooth interior finish. Look at how the flake blends evenly across the slab and how the edges are cut tight to the baseboard. Before any of these went down, we ground the concrete so the coating actually bonds instead of peeling.

  • Concrete ground so the coating bonds
  • Interior epoxy: lifetime warranty
  • Exterior epoxy: 5 years with a maintained plan

Exterior painting

What does a full exterior repaint look like?

A good exterior job holds a straight line along the fascia, keeps overspray off the roof and windows, and seals the stucco so the paint doesn’t peel in the heat. These homes across Central Florida were repainted with full prep first: pressure wash, patch and caulk cracks, then two coats.

Our sun and afternoon storms are hard on paint, so prep and a quality coating matter more here than up north. Look at the crisp line where the body color meets the trim, and how evenly the color reads across the whole wall. Our exterior painting carries a 7-year peel-and-chip warranty, so if the coating fails, we come back. That warranty is only worth something because the prep underneath it is done right.

How clean are the interior jobs?

Inside your home, the details you notice every day are the cut lines at the ceiling, the edges around trim and outlets, and whether your floors and furniture came through clean. These interior photos show even walls, straight lines, and rooms left tidy. We tape and cover before we paint, put two coats on everything, and walk the room with you when we’re done so nothing gets missed. You’ll also see accent walls and refinished ceilings here, including popcorn removal that leaves a smooth, modern surface. A house shouldn’t be in disarray for a week while the work drags on. We keep the space livable and clean up as we go. Look at the corners and the trim in these shots. That’s where careful hands show.

Why trust the work behind these photos?

Owner Weston McWilliams has been in the trade since 2012. His crews have been together six-plus years, so the same trained hands are on your home, not day labor. Between them, the team has painted 2,000 to 3,000 homes in The Villages alone. Every job gets full caulk-and-tape prep, two coats on everything, a written warranty, a one-year follow-up call, and no payment until you’re satisfied. Here’s how it works: browse the work above, request your free estimate, and get a same-day written price. Before you pay a dime, a foreman walks the finished job with you so anything that’s off gets fixed. Skip that and go with the cheapest bid, and you risk paying for two coats you don’t get and finding sloppy lines after the crew is gone. See it done right first, then decide.
