Dabney is one of the newest villages in the Sawgrass Grove area, with homes from around 2023. It includes The Enclave at Dabney, where every home is a Premier home on an oversized lot, along with designer homes, cottage villas and Kierstin patio villas.

With original builder paint still fresh, owners tend to spend on finishes.
A marbled epoxy floor in a garage or bonus room, backed by a lifetime warranty indoors.
Change the color of builder cabinets with a durable sprayed finish.
Large great rooms carry a deep accent color well.
Screen enclosure frames refinished to match a darker trim scheme.
Premier homes on oversized lots carry far more wall, soffit and trim than a villa. When the first repaint does arrive, a job this size goes best with a clear order of work: wash everything, repair stucco, caulk every joint, then paint side by side so each elevation is finished cleanly before moving on.
For now, most of what these homes need is cleaning and small touch-ups. We are glad to look at yours and tell you honestly what can wait.

Yes. District 14 has its own Architectural Review Committee. Dabney owners who keep the builder color, or switch to something District 14 currently lists, usually go ahead without review; a color beyond those is submitted by application first (districtgov.org, (352) 751-3912). Before any work, we check what District 14 allows today and can file the request alongside you.
