The Villages introduced Lakeview as a brand-new village in early 2026, right between Central Lake and the Bellaire Executive Golf Course. If your Lakeview home is one of the first finished, here is what we can do now and what to keep in mind for later.

The developer describes Lakeview as sitting in the heart of Eastport. It lies between Central Lake and the 9-hole Bellaire Executive Golf Course, which opened in November 2025, so the town center, Hotel Eastport and the Olympia Recreation Center are all close at hand.
Administratively it belongs to District 15 of the City of Wildwood, Sumter County. You may also see it written as “Lake View” on some listing sites.

Lakeview’s mix is simpler than most nearby villages. Listings show the Eastport Verandas plus designer and premier homes, and a Lakeview recreation area with an adult pool.
Verandas tend to be about open, bright interiors, so a color plan that runs cleanly from the great room into the kitchen matters. In the bigger designer and premier plans, the jobs we hear about most are a coated garage, a lanai floor and a feature wall or two.

Exterior paint on a first-year Lakeview home has plenty of life left. Inside and underfoot is another story.
One consistent palette, cut in by hand at ceilings and trim.
A single deep color behind a bed or TV, with crisp corners.
Flake or metallic finishes over ground concrete, with a lifetime warranty indoors.
A cleanable outdoor floor, warranted 5 years with a maintained plan.

We can plan interior color around your move-in date.

Listings show Eastport Verandas, designer homes and premier homes. We paint interiors and coat garage and lanai floors in all of them.
Usually only by keeping the builder color or choosing from the current District 15 palette. A different shade means applying for Architectural Review with Community Standards (districtgov.org, (352) 751-3912) first; we can prepare that request with you.
No. The visit costs nothing, and the written quote is ready that day.
When the builder paint eventually weathers, these steps keep it simple.
