Well Point dates from around 2024, and some of its cottage homes were sold furnished. If you bought a furnished cottage, or you split the year between Florida and somewhere else, a paint project here is mostly about timing and protecting what is already in the house.
Some Well Point cottage homes were sold with furniture in place. That is convenient on move-in day, but it means a repaint happens around beds, sofas and decor rather than in empty rooms.
We move pieces to the middle of the room, cover them and the floor, and put everything back when the coats are dry. If a builder-chosen color does not match how you want to live, this is a good time to change it.

Well Point is one of the District 15 neighborhoods around Eastport Town Center, within Wildwood city limits. Residents can swim at the adult pool in the Well Point Recreation Area, which also has bocce, shuffleboard and corn toss, and the regional Olympia Recreation Center at Eastport opened in late 2025.
Before anyone changes an exterior color here, the district rules apply: keeping the builder color or choosing from the current district palette is normally exempt, while a new shade goes to Community Standards for review, (352) 751-3912.
