Antrim Dells is a small pocket of courtyard villas along County Road 44A, about two minutes by golf cart from Brownwood Paddock Square. Most homes were built between about 2014 and 2016, which means many are nearing their first real repaint.

Collier at Antrim Dells belongs to District 10 in Sumter County. It sits along County Road 44A, east of Buena Vista Boulevard, close enough to Brownwood that residents often drive the cart to dinner.
Sources disagree a little on when it was built, giving 2014, 2015 or 2015 to 2016, so the fairest summary is the mid-2010s. Courtyard villas such as the Wyndham plan make up much of the village, with two-car garages and fenced rear yards. One listing source also mentions designer homes.

Fences sit close to the back wall. We protect them with drop cloths and plastic, and we paint the narrow strip behind them by hand where a sprayer would be messy.
The courtyard is usually the first thing guests see. We give its walls, gate and trim the same prep as the main house.
Garage doors fade fast when they face the afternoon sun. We include them in the exterior bid, and we can coat the garage floor too.
Every exterior job starts with a cleaning so the new paint grips stucco, not dust or mildew.
A villa from the mid-2010s has spent roughly a decade in Central Florida weather. That is often when hairline cracks appear around windows and at corners, and when the original caulk starts to shrink.
We open and fill those cracks, replace tired caulk and then apply two coats. If your walls still look good, we will say so and suggest a simple cleaning instead.

Antrim Dells is governed by District 10’s Architectural Review Committee. A villa repainted in its as-built shade, or in one of the palette colors District 10 lists today, typically needs nothing filed.
Guidelines shift from district to district and get updated, so we confirm the version in force for your villa before a single gallon is ordered.
Leaning toward a shade not on that list? Then an Architectural Review Application has to be approved first. Community Standards takes those at districtgov.org and (352) 751-3912, and we will help you prepare yours.
Two finish coats go on, and you inspect the result with our foreman before any money changes hands.

Yes. We cover fences and gates during cleaning and painting, and we hand-paint the tight spaces behind them.
In June 2025 a plan for Shanty Creek Villas, up to 80 homes on a 9.7-acre site next to Antrim Dells off CR 44A, was going through City of Wildwood approvals. Its status may have changed since then.
In most cases, yes. District 10 typically lets owners reuse the as-built color or a current palette color without a filing. Going outside that requires an Architectural Review Application, and we double-check the present rule with you first.
Paint inside or out is backed by our 7-year peel-and-chip warranty. Roughly a year after we finish, expect a call from us asking how the villa is holding up.
