Woodbury is really two eras in one village: the original homes from the early 2000s, and a newer section known as Woodbury at Phillips from around 2016. One group has likely been repainted already; the other may still have builder paint. We plan each job for the house it actually is.

The Village of Woodbury is in District 4, the Marion County part of The Villages, about six-tenths of a mile from neighboring Springdale. Listing sources date most homes to between 2001 and 2004. A later section, Woodbury at Phillips, was built around 2016.
That split matters for paint. The early-2000s homes are about 20 years old and many have likely been repainted once, so the job leans toward crack repair and fresh caulk. The Phillips homes are around ten years old and many may still wear the builder’s original paint. Their first repaint is the moment to wash, caulk and tape everything properly and put on two full coats.

A rough guide. Your estimate is based on your own home, not the average.
Stucco crack repair, re-caulking and two coats over a previous repaint.
A first exterior repaint over builder paint, with full caulk-and-tape prep.
Flake floor coatings over ground concrete; interior epoxy floors carry a lifetime warranty.
Interior painting for rooms that still have original builder paint or older colors.
Woodbury follows District 4 deed restrictions, which call for written approval before a repaint that substantially changes how the home looks.
If you keep the color the home was built with, or choose from a District 4 palette where one is offered, review is usually not required. We confirm that with you first.
Anything new goes to Community Standards for review, online at districtgov.org or by calling (352) 751-3912; we prepare the form together.
Two coats once approved, then a walk-through with you before payment.

Usually, if the new color noticeably changes how the house looks. Staying with the original shade, or a palette color where District 4 offers one, generally does not need review. We check the present District 4 guidance and can put the application together with you.
Springdale, about half a mile away, plus more of District 4, Marion County and the services that suit both Woodbury sections.
Your estimate costs nothing, the written price comes the same day, the walls get two coats over careful prep, and payment waits for your approval.
