Designer Home Painting in the Village of Sabal Chase

Designer homes, with model names like Camellia, Camden, Wisteria and Somerset turning up in listings, make up much of Sabal Chase, along with patio villas. Built mostly around 2006 and 2007, these homes are reaching the age when faded walls, tired trim and dated interiors tend to get tackled together.

About the village

Sabal Chase at a glance

Sabal Chase sits in Village Community Development District 6, which Sumter County established in 2004. Like the rest of District 6, it lies in the band between County Road 466 and County Road 466A that people call the Lake Sumter Landing area, after the lakefront market square.

Designer homes give owners more trim, more rooflines and more garage and lanai space to look after than a villa does. That matters for a repaint: a larger home means more caulk joints, more fascia and more places for small problems to hide.

Our process

From estimate to finished Sabal Chase home

Before any color is chosen we check District 6 requirements. Your original color, or one from the district’s current palette, generally goes ahead without review; anything else needs an Architectural Review Application.

  1. Estimate

A free walk-around with a written price that same day.

  2. Approval

We confirm the current rule and can prepare the Architectural Review Application with you for Community Standards, (352) 751-3912.

  3. Painting

Soffits to slab: cleaned, mended, sealed and masked, followed by a pair of finish coats.

  4. Sign-off

The foreman reviews every room and wall with you; payment follows your OK.

Whole-house exterior

Walls, fascia, soffits, trim and front door in two coats over thorough prep.

Interior rooms

Builder-era wall colors can be refreshed room by room, with clean lines at ceilings and baseboards.

Garage floor

Broadcast flakes over a ground slab hide old oil stains and make sweeping simple.

Kitchen cabinets

Refinishing gives original cabinets a new color without tearing them out.

Sabal Chase FAQ

Common Sabal Chase questions

About timing, color changes and indoor work.

Planning a Sabal Chase project?

Tell us what you have in mind and we will price it in writing.

(352) 626-8007
Are Sabal Chase homes due for a repaint?

Many are. Listings put most construction around 2006 and 2007, and nearly two decades of UV and summer downpours take a toll on any exterior coating. A free estimate shows whether yours needs it now or can wait.

What if I want a different color on my designer home?

A Camellia or Somerset going from its builder color to something new needs District 6 sign-off first: an Architectural Review Application filed with Community Standards (districtgov.org, (352) 751-3912). Keeping the original color, or choosing from the palette in force, generally avoids that step. We look up what applies today and can prepare the submission alongside you.

Can you paint the inside too?

Yes. We do interior painting, cabinet refinishing, popcorn ceiling removal and drywall repair, and can schedule them around your exterior job.

Do you paint patio villas in Sabal Chase?

Yes. Patio villas get the same prep and two coats as a full designer home, with extra care where walls sit close to a neighbor.
